Remember when a message suggests you send money, you are talking to a scammer and whatever the excuse he gives you, send nothing and leave without a word.

people, who suddenly contact you on SKYPE/MSN/Yahoo messenger. There are NO
SOLDIERS, GENERALS, SERGEANTS or OFFICERS, using messengers who will offer you
romance, especially if they claim to be in Afghanistan, Libya, Syria etc.

A child with a small defect that causes no symptoms may simply need to
visit a cardiologist regularly to make sure that there are no other
problems. In most children, a small defect will close on its own
without surgery which with the medication we are giving your step son

While in the hospital, the child is given medicines as needed to
reduce pain or anxiety. The doctors and nurses at the hospital teach
parents how to care for the child at home. They will talk about
preventing blows to the chest as the incision heals, limiting activity
while the child recovers, bathing, scheduling followup appointments
with the doctor, and determining when the child can resume regular
activities.
